i think the yank n banks are the first roach fishing margin poles put on the market….

i think daiwa have made a killing on no4 sections once a carp charges off.

theres only one winner in the best margin pole, the tri cast trilogy.

rubberducky…

Trilogy or xrs might be available cheap from shops that have old stock, both are the strongest margin poles I’ve ever come accross,at be a transcontinental lucifer, but they are shorter id=”msg”>

As said before, the tricast is the best. the beastmaster has to be the ebst value for money though if you don’t want to pay full wack for a tri-cast. It isn’t much of a drop in perfromance.id=”msg”>

Try a drennan 8.5m series7 margin pole. Cheap, strong and comes with two prebushed top 2’s
I’ve had carp to 14lb on mine without any bother, some guys have had carp a lot bigger. handles anything.

they’re about 110

Ive had a short 6m margin pole in the past, theyre pretty useless if you hook a proper lump…no chance of keeping them close to the bank. Its nice to have a few more meters to chase them out with on the initial burst for freedom without ripping the hook out.id=”msg”>
