Do you know where the chicken comes from for most curry houses, I do as i had an interview once for a job with a supplier of such…….it aint from free range chicken farms in Wiltshire…in actual fact it aint even from Britain, or even Europe………

you will find the same in a lot of “prepared” chicken products.
Take a look at the labels on chicken sandwiches next time you are in the big supermarkets, it surprised me to see Thai and Brazilian chicken listed in the ingredients.id=”msg”>

I got it from the same book.

It is really worth the effort.

A bit of a double-edged sword for you. Pity you didn’t manage to get any but it was obviously rather nice.

It is delicious. As the recipe says, the spinach puree makes a real difference to taste and texture.

Thanks for that recipe Lurkio,it sounds very much like my usual lamb curry recipe, but with the extra spinach and greeb chillies.
Doesn’t all that liquidized spinach make it a bit sloppy?
