Fishing was fair to good, conditions permitting, but unsettled weather held down holiday traffic in the open Gulf. Seas were in the 4- to 5-foot range and choppy under east/southeast wind.
A recent 36-hour trip by the party boat, Capt. John, boxed six yellowfin tuna to 51 pounds, and 68 blackfin tuna to 25 pounds. [...]
