KIRCH WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA - Cold temperatures have gripped the area and ice has again formed on the reservoirs. Installation area technician Daniel Maes said that the ice is not thick enough to walk on. Lows have been in the single digits, and afternoon temperatures have been in the 40s.
